Neutoons is a Neuronn studio publishing free illustrated children’s stories in English and Hindi. The library includes original adventures alongside retellings of Panchatantra, Buddhist Jataka tales, Aesop’s fables, Indian tales and world folktales.

What is in the library?

There are 118 books, each with ten illustrated pages in both languages. Read a complete story on its own page or open the interactive page-turning book. Reading does not require an account or payment.

The original 18 books offer animated illustrations in the interactive reader. The additional 100 books use still illustrations. The ten-page books have no audio narration. Selected separate story videos are published on the Neutoons YouTube channel.

Sources and retellings

Traditional stories have source links and adaptation notes beneath their text. These are new Neutoons English and Hindi retellings, rather than word-for-word reproductions of the linked editions. Some retellings soften frightening events or change details for shared reading. Refer to the individual edition’s notes when comparing versions.

Illustrations and age suggestions

The illustrations are AI-generated. Read the description and any parent note before choosing a story. Ages shown in the library are suggestions; parents and teachers can preview the complete text and choose according to the child’s interests and comfort. These stories are not a curriculum or a promise of learning outcomes.
